PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses, Tbk

PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses (“CBDK”) was established as set forth in the Deed of Establishment of PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses No. 01 dated April 3, 2000, made before Djedjem Widjaja, S.H., M.H., Notary in Jakarta. The Deed of Establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia pursuant to Decree No. C-16935 HT.01.01.TH.2000 dated August 8, 2000, and was subsequently registered in the Company Register and announced in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.

CBDK subsequently developed its business in the property sector and became an integral part of the development of Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua (“PIK2”), an integrated township development area. Through its development activities, the Company has focused on the development of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and other supporting properties within PIK2.

As PIK2 continued to expand, CBDK strengthened its role in the development of the Central Business District (“CBD”) area of PIK2 and its surrounding commercial ecosystem. The Company also expanded its portfolio to include large-scale commercial and lifestyle developments designed to support PIK2 as an integrated urban destination.

In 2024, CBDK prepared for its transformation into a publicly listed company through an Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. As part of its business expansion, the Company developed the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (“NICE”), a large-scale Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (“MICE”) facility intended to complement the commercial and business ecosystem of PIK2.

On January 13, 2025, CBDK officially became a publicly listed company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under the ticker code “CBDK”. The Company offered 566,894,500 shares to the public at an offering price of Rp4,060 per share, raising approximately Rp2.30 trillion in gross proceeds. The IPO marked an important milestone in CBDK's development as a publicly listed property company and provided additional funding to support the development of its business and projects within PIK2.

Following its listing, CBDK continued to strengthen its property development platform and expand its commercial and recurring-income businesses. NICE became one of the Company's key developments, strengthening PIK2's position as a destination for business events, exhibitions, conferences, and other large-scale activities.

In 2026, CBDK continued to expand its business ecosystem through further investment in PT Industri Pameran Nusantara (“IPN”), the operator of NICE. The investment was intended to strengthen IPN's financial capacity and support the continued development and operation of NICE as an important component of the PIK2 MICE ecosystem.

Today, CBDK is an integrated property development company within PIK2, with a portfolio encompassing residential, commercial, mixed-use, and MICE developments. Through the continued development of the PIK2 Central Business District and its supporting facilities, CBDK is focused on creating an integrated, modern, and dynamic urban destination.
